Shipping

All of our items are shipped via u.s Postal service and will take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Please allow 5 to 7 days for order to be processed before it is shipped off. Once your order is shipped off you will RECEIVE an email with a tracking number.

Slay By Rae isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your order tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service. slay by rae does not hold responsibility for any packages that state they have been delivered or listed as UNTRACEABLE

Return/Exchange 

all sales are final.Due to Sanitary/Health concerns, we do not accept Returns/Exchanges or issue Refunds.

We do not process cancellations or make any alterations once the order is processed. we advise that before your order is processed to double check your order to confirm that EVERYTHING is accurate.

PLEASE be sure to check that your address is exactly as it is listed to avoid shipping errors.
